When you first have an eye test, your optometrist will get the lowdown on your eyes, vision, health and lifestyle in order to tailor the test to you.
We all know how powerful the sense of sight is - but when we think of body health, we often don’t think about what our eyes need.
Contact lenses are popular for a reason - they make life much easier for many people with vision issues. However, they might not be the right option for everyone.
