Temporary Closure of Bupa Optical & Hearing Highpoint

Following the Victorian Government’s decision to reintroduce Stage 3 restrictions in selected Melbourne suburbs, we are temporarily closing our Bupa Optical & Hearing Highpoint store from Wednesday 1 July until Wednesday 29 July.

Information for Highpoint customers:

  • If you require urgent eye care, find your nearest store to book an appointment.
  • Appointments will be cancelled and rescheduled. You will be contacted to discuss appointment options.
  • If you have an existing order, you will be contacted to discuss collection options. Please email us at optical.customercare@bupa.com.au if you have not been contacted by Friday 3 July.

Bupa Optical & Hearing Stores Open For Business

As COVID-19 restrictions begin to lift around Australia, we have reopened Optical & Hearing stores.

Stores will offer our usual eye care services. Hearing services have also resumed. You can find stores offering Hearing services here.

To ensure the safety of you and our team, we have increased cleaning and hygiene measures in our stores. You will see:

  • Hand sanitiser for you and our team 
  • 1.5m physical distancing, with instore signs and floor markers 
  • Capacity limits with limited customers instore 
  • Increased cleaning 

We ask that you delay booking an appointment for at least 14 days if you:  

  • Are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat. 
  • Have had recent contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 
  • Have arrived in Australia from overseas in the last 14 days. 

Our online store continues to trade as normal.
