I want to book an appointment, what should I do?

Easy. Head to the Amplifon website and you'll be able to book at over 300 locations Australia wide.

I was a part of Government Hearing Services Program, what do I need to do?

If you haven't already nominated to have your file transferred to Amplifon or a new provider, it will be sent back to the Government’s Hearing Services Program.

Is my privacy still safe?

We’ll always make sure your privacy is safe with us. We will retain your clinical record for a minimum of 7 years from the date of your last activity, as required by law.
